The European Union will move to a new classification and labeling system, CLP (Classification, Labeling and Packaging), which will be based on the United Nations Global Harmonization System, GHS.
Total Petrochemicals has updated its safety data sheets according to the CLP effective date of December 1, 2010.
For Total Petrochemicals polymers, which are preparations, the safety data sheets are already compliant with the CLP regulation.
